Assessments
    An essential starting point for any client is the assessment. The results are used to decide the appropriate selection of flexibility, cardiovascular, core, balance, power and strength training exercises.  We use a combination of subjective and objective assessment tools to gain a total picture of the client when he/she is starting a program.

Online Training


    This service is meant for the client that is always on the move. With this Online training system you have an NASM certified personal trainer guiding you with using the following: a weekly exercise routine, nutrition guidelines, food logging, and daily support via e-mail, phone, or video chat. You simply log in and start getting in shape without missing a beat. 

Training
    Semi- Private training is a great way to meet your goals while meeting new people. This service allows a maximum of 4 clients per session and as low 2. Weather you want to train with a relative, friend or co-worker, Semi- Private training has all of the benefits of One- on- One training with out the One- on – One cost. You still receive; a personalized fitness plan that is tailored to what you want and need, a great positive atmosphere, along with great company. We also offer 1-on-1 training upon request.

Sports Performance
     Similar to the Semi-Private training, sports performance training can be done individually or in a group setting. We will focus on making sure you are ready for the demands of your sport. Speed, Power, Strength, Agility, Balance, and most of all injury reduction are some of the accepts that we focus on. A great program coupled with an expert will take you or your son/daughter to the next level.
