My name is Toby Garza and have a Masters of Science in Exercise Science with an emphasis in Sports Performance and also hold a California Teaching Credential in Physical Education. I also competed for Fresno Pacific University in track and field in the hammer throw, shot put, and discus. I am also a certified personal trainer and a Performance Enhancement Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). He has been personal training for over 6 years and enjoys working out and actively living his life for Christ.
